Broad Bean Burgers are really quick and easy to make and very tasty and nutritious.

- 350g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 350g shelled broad beans
- ½ mild chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 40g dried breadcrumbs
- 1 free-range egg
- Salt and pepper
- Whazz all ingredients in the food processor
- Shape into burgers.
- Fry in olive oil.
